We’re an Emmy Award-winning marketing firm that specializes in documentary style video. We promise to be our client’s guide, celebrating them as thought leaders & world changers who inspire people to take action. We’re story nerds using the power of story to create a brand experience for our clients that allows people to “get it.” We’ve been called anthropological sleuths with a passion for learning.

StoryDriven is headquartered in the heart of downtown Durham at The American Underground @Main, which is a thriving community of startups doing really exciting work. The facility boasts 6 floors of shared meeting space and callrooms, open co-working spaces, blazing fast Internet, unlimited free coffee and great neighbors.

Core Values

  • Empathy  – we seek to put ourselves in other people’s shoes. It’s the core of what makes a great storyteller.
  • Excellence – Always seeking to go above and beyond to produce the best possible story.
  • Integrity – Rooted in clear and honest communication internally and with clients
  • Transparency – hiccups happen, but we don’t hide behind excuses.
  • Service – We seek to deliver a service to our clients that surpasses their expectations

About You

You desire to be challenged in your work. You thrive as part of a team doing meaningful work. You’re a self-starter that values the relationship over the task, but you still like to get stuff done! You’re not driven by quotas but are driven by service. You like to think creatively, but you’re also happy plodding away at the sales process knowing you need 30 “No’s” before you get a “Yes”. In agrarian terminology, you’re a hunter who goes out and finds the deal and brings it in, with a smile.

If these things ring true, we’re looking for someone like you to take the next step in your career to be part of our collaborative team and unlock your latent potential. We encourage you to apply now so that you can do work that has purpose and meaning. We’re excited to see you grow from where you are into who you are becoming.
