Sales Lead Job Description
The sales lead’s main role is to initiate new long-term client relationships and cultivate those relationships for repeat business. In a great story, the Herald calls the hero to adventure, and that’s the role of the sales associate: to help potential customers see the benefit of working with StoryDriven, and the risks associated with their current approach.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary based on experience. Commission-based compensation incentives.
